Our training day was a fun and sweaty experience! The day wasn't what I was expecting at all. I was expecting boring desk based training but it was actually a mix of learning, demonstrating and having a go ourselves. I enjoyed the learning style and I believe it helped develop my confidence so that I wasn't afraid to have a go and deliver a section of a class on my own. I'm looking forward to planning and delivering my own classes soon!
Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind
The ActivCare Team were very friendly and helped me develop my skills to deliver seated exercise sessions at our centre. My sessions will make a huge impact to the residents on our dementia ward, I can't wait to see the long term benefits!
